David Mans is a Vice President Applications Developer at Thornton Tomasetti | CORE studio a virtual idea incubator pushing innovation in parametric design, interoperability, and artificial intelligence. At CORE he focuses on public-facing web application design and development as well as interoperability solutions and toolkits for the design community.  
David is currently the Director of AECtech, an annual conference held in NYC for over a decade focusing on Technology and Innovation inside AEC and the larger design space. 
As a Visiting Professor at Pratt Institute School of Architecture, he has educated the next generation of designers in computation and branding for over 15 years. 
He is also the author of multiple open-source plugins for Grasshopper 3d with a broad user base spanning across a broad range of design industries.
