Developed at Woods Bagot
This concept for a 285m Residential tower in Mumbai India was developed in 2011 at Woods Bagot. The project proposed several novel approaches to residential tower design including maximizing light and views through petal shaped floorplates which opened up natural daylighting and ventilation to the central core. The core itself is distributed around chambered sky garden atriums which privately accessible to smaller communities of owners.
