Developed at Woods Bagot
Ningbo Oasis, developed in 2012 at Woods Bagot, is a proposal for a mixed-use development near the historical town of Ningbo China. The largely retail and residential project is situated just off an active river walk and acts as a respite for relaxation, dining, and shopping around a central marsh pond. This public space is shaded by a brise soleil whose undulations carry on into a green roof amenity for the residents of the towers above. The towers are distinguished by their continuous screened and conditional balconies from which the facades of the units are set back, providing a unique amenity in the region.
